Baron Enterprises — quality craftsmanship in the Roanoke Valley
0+Years of Experience

We’re all about family.

Baron Enterprises of Virginia was founded on a simple belief: that building a home should feel like partnering with someone who cares as much about the outcome as you do. That belief has guided every project we’ve taken on for over two decades.

As the premier designer and builder of custom homes in the Roanoke Valley, we offer a personalized, full-service experience — managing all aspects of the design and construction process so you can focus on what matters most: imagining the life you’re about to live in your new space.

Our homes are designed with living in mind. Spacious kitchens, built-in workspaces, and efficient layouts that reflect how your family actually moves through a day. Innovation and exquisite craftsmanship, delivered on budget and on time.

Our reputation is built on outstanding customer satisfaction — and the proof is in our repeat clientele and the communities we’ve shaped across the Roanoke Valley since the late 1990s.

Four principles. One standard.

Quality

Every material, every joint, every finish is held to an exacting standard. Quality isn't something we add at the end — it's built into every decision from the start.

Integrity

We say what we mean and do what we say. Transparent communication, honest timelines, and fair pricing aren't perks — they're our baseline.

Family

As a family-owned business, we understand that your home is more than a structure. It's where life happens. We approach every project with that weight and that honor.

Craftsmanship

Two and a half decades in the field has taught us the difference between built and built right. We take pride in work that will outlast trends and technology.

Our process.

Every project follows the same six-step process. No surprises, no shortcuts — just a clear path from first conversation to final handover.

01

Initial Consultation

We meet at your home or project site. No sales pitch — just an honest conversation about your vision, timeline, and budget. George Baron is often present at this first meeting.

02

Design & Proposal

We develop a detailed scope of work, material selections, and a fixed-price proposal. You know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before any work begins.

03

Permitting

We handle all required permits and inspections. You don't have to navigate the municipality — we manage that process on your behalf.

04

Construction

Work proceeds on the agreed schedule with regular progress updates. Our crews are experienced, vetted, and held to the same standard we set for ourselves.

05

Quality Review

Before we call a project complete, we conduct a thorough internal inspection. Every surface, fitting, and finish is checked against the original spec.

06

Final Walkthrough & Handover

We walk the completed project with you. Any punch list items are resolved before handover. You receive warranty documentation and a maintenance guide.

We stand behind what we build.

Our commitment doesn’t end at the final walkthrough. Here’s exactly what we stand behind on every project.

One-Year Workmanship Warranty

All labor and materials we provide are warranted for one year against defects. If something isn't right, we come back and fix it.

Manufacturer Warranties Passed Through

Windows, roofing, HVAC, appliances, and fixtures carry their own manufacturer warranties — often 10–25 years. We document and transfer these to you at completion.

On-Budget, On-Time Commitment

We build what we quote. Change orders happen only when you request changes. No surprise invoices at the end of a project.

Licensed & Insured in Virginia

Baron Enterprises of Virginia holds all required Virginia contractor licenses and carries full liability and workers' compensation insurance on every project.
